GENERAL DESCRIPTION
SL2284Q is a wide input voltage, high efficiency activeCC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in eitherCV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (ConstantOutput Current) mode. SL 2284Q provides up to total3.5A output current limit at 5V output with floating ISETpin. Switching frequency can be set by external resistor.Maximum 100% duty cycle could be obtained.SL2284Q internal integrate 45mΩ high side and 25mΩlow side power MOSFET.Advanced production features include UVLO, ThermalShutdown, Soft Start and input OVP.
