液位控制系統(tǒng)
內(nèi)容摘要:本系統(tǒng)以AT89C51單片機為核心設(shè)計一款簡易液位控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)主要適用于容器內(nèi)液位高低的檢測,由控制系統(tǒng)、顯示系統(tǒng)、報警和電機系統(tǒng)組成。系統(tǒng)具有簡單清晰的操作界面,能夠顯示液位高低,可進行液位預(yù)設(shè),到達預(yù)定液位后自動關(guān)閉電機并時報警功能。系統(tǒng)以硬件軟件化為指導(dǎo)思想,充分發(fā)揮單片機功能,大部分功能通過軟件編程來實現(xiàn),電路簡單明了,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性高,同時該系統(tǒng)還具有功耗小、成本低的特點,具有很強的實用性。由于該系統(tǒng)所用元器件較少,單片機所被占用的I/O口不多,因此系統(tǒng)具有較強的可擴展性。軟件程序均采用C語言編寫,便于移植與升級。報告詳細介紹了整個系統(tǒng)的硬件組成結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和系統(tǒng)的軟件程序設(shè)計。

Title of design
Abstract:The system uses AT89C51 microcontroller as the core to design a simple liquid level control system. The system is mainly applicable to the detection of liquid level in a container. It is composed of a control system, a display system, an alarm system and an electric motor system. The system has a simple and clear operation interface, can display the level of liquid level, can preset the liquid level, and automatically turn off the motor when the liquid level is reached, and then alarm function. The system hardware and software into guiding ideology, give full play to microcontroller functions most functions through software programming to implement, simple circuit, high stability of the system, and this system also has the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost, very practical. As the system uses fewer components, the microcontroller is occupied by the I/O port is not much, so the system has a strong scalability. Software programs are written in C language, easy to transplant and upgrade. The report details the hardware structure, working principle and software program design of the whole system.
