數(shù)字舵機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序 半雙工可讀

用數(shù)字舵機(jī)的人少啊,太貴了,沒經(jīng)費(fèi)支持一般人真的傷不起。所以網(wǎng)上可供參考的代碼也很難找。下面是我死磕數(shù)據(jù)手冊后寫出來的數(shù)字舵機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,我們用的是AX-12牌子的,但一般的總線舵機(jī)協(xié)議都一樣,寄存器表一大同小異,多以也可以用在其他數(shù)字舵機(jī)上。

AX-12提供的是單線半雙工串口。要想既能發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)又能讀取數(shù)據(jù),有兩個(gè)辦法。一是在電路上改進(jìn),這個(gè)電路很簡單,在AX-12舵機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)手冊的前面就有介紹。二是將串口配置為半雙工模式。第二只方法更簡單。我就是用這種方法。在我的上一篇博客中就有介紹STM32的半雙工串口的配置方法。

另外,我的舵機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)是用在機(jī)器人上的,多以其功能不能只是讓一個(gè)或多個(gè)舵機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)到指定角度,還要讓所有舵機(jī)協(xié)調(diào)合作,讓機(jī)器人完成一個(gè)連續(xù)的動(dòng)作。這就要將所有的數(shù)據(jù)按規(guī)定的格式存放,并按規(guī)定的時(shí)間發(fā)送出去。我的數(shù)據(jù)是一幀一幀組成的,每一幀代表一個(gè)動(dòng)作,多幀連起來就是一個(gè)連續(xù)的動(dòng)作。而每一幀動(dòng)作所需的時(shí)間則放在這一幀的頭部。發(fā)送這一幀后將延時(shí)那么長時(shí)間,否則舵機(jī)將沒有時(shí)間去完成這一幀的動(dòng)作就被要求執(zhí)行下一個(gè)動(dòng)作。
