This command is not available when the component is part of an Integrated Library (*.IntLib), or Database Library (*.DBLib).

這個(gè)是官方或者別人已經(jīng)封裝完成的庫(kù)，是不能進(jìn)行修改的，要進(jìn)行修改只能自行創(chuàng)建新的封裝。
