雙擊打開office文件，Microsoft office 提示修復(fù)要發(fā)送錯誤報告。只有通過點擊文件打開才可以正常打開文件。一般非正常關(guān)閉會造成這種情況。
刪除公用模板文件normal.dot
normal.dot在“C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates”目錄中，刪除之后再重新啟動。office重新創(chuàng)建正常的模板文件。
