先下載 NI_Circuit_Design_Suite_11_0_1.exe
直接復(fù)制 ftp://ftp.ni.com/evaluation/EWB/ ... gn_Suite_11_0_1.exe 到迅雷也可以，

接著下載密匙程序，

安裝如下：

1：先確保你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)斷開(kāi)（拔網(wǎng)線或者關(guān)閉網(wǎng)卡）
2：運(yùn)行安裝程序選好路徑就點(diǎn)Unzip，解壓到目標(biāo)后會(huì)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行安裝程序（win7的要關(guān)閉后去到目標(biāo)文件夾右鍵用管理員權(quán)限運(yùn)行安裝，
要不然你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)安裝完了會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)不見(jiàn)了一些東西，建議安裝在C盤(pán)外，Win7安裝在C盤(pán)的話會(huì)有些東西看不見(jiàn)）
3：安裝程序里面寫(xiě)入序列號(hào)（using serial的那個(gè)，也就是第三個(gè)） F44G44444            ，這個(gè)好像可以亂來(lái)的！
4：取消在線更新（原話Uncheck: Request the installer to contact National Instruments......）
5：安裝。。。。。。。。。
直接復(fù)制翻譯結(jié)果算了

如果你是新的NI Multisim的跟隨下一個(gè)程序：

1。請(qǐng)確保您是從Internet斷開(kāi)
2。的unrar解壓縮和。
3。安裝程序使用串行：F44G44444時(shí)（許多人要感謝F4CG集團(tuán)）詢問(wèn)。
4。取消選擇：要求安裝程序聯(lián)系NI ......
5。安裝將結(jié)束與有關(guān)更新服務(wù)錯(cuò)誤... （因?yàn)閿嚅_(kāi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)）
6。單擊確定以終止UpdateService.exe
7。選擇重新啟動(dòng)之后（其實(shí)不需要重裝）。
8。使用凱基（kg_v1101.exe）生成的許可證。
9。安裝許可證文件使用NI許可證管理器。
10。只是為未來(lái)（笑）當(dāng)然。刪除所有原始*.立法會(huì)文件：
    \ Program Files文件\國(guó)家儀器\共享\許可證管理\許可證
11。盡情享受吧！

If you are new to NI Multisim follow the next procedure:

1. Make sure you are disconnected from the Internet
2. Unzip and unrar.                                       
3. Install program using serial:F44G44444 when asked for (many thanks go to the F4CG group).
4. Uncheck: Request the installer to contact National Instruments......
5. The installation will end with an error about the update service... (because of the disconnected Internet)
6. Click OK to terminate UpdateService.exe
7. Choose Restart Later (actually not needed to reload).
8. Use the keygen (kg_v1101.exe) to generate the licenses.
9. Install license files using NI License Manager.
10. Just to be sure for the future (lol). Delete all the original *.lc files in:
    \Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses
11. Enjoy!
