I had this issue with AD13 and AD14 after reinstalling and in SAFE MODE just in case it was some other program interfering. Well it turn out that this issue was related to the spooler service being turned off. I have a habit of turning off features on my computer that i do not use, and since i dont have a printer attached to my machine... i stoped the spooler service. So make sure that it is running first before you run altium.

go to start -> run -> type "cmd"

in the command prompt window type:
net start spooler

You should see this:
The Print Spooler service is starting.
The Print Spooler service was started successfully.

Re-open Altium and you should be good.

Why in the world AD needs the spooler service turned on to do a simple copy paste operation is beyond me.

剛剛解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題：

先看看能不能添加本地打印機(jī)，要是無(wú)法添加打印機(jī)，在桌面選中“我的電腦”，鼠標(biāo)右鍵選擇“管理”；

在“管理”窗口中，選取“服務(wù)和應(yīng)用程序”擴(kuò)展項(xiàng)目下的“服務(wù)”選項(xiàng)，在右側(cè)出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)列表中找到“Print Spooler”服務(wù)，雙擊進(jìn)入“Print Spooler”服務(wù)設(shè)置；

在“Print Spooler”服務(wù)設(shè)置窗口中，將“啟動(dòng)類(lèi)型”設(shè)置為“自動(dòng)”，點(diǎn)擊“啟動(dòng)”按鈕；

此時(shí)系統(tǒng)會(huì)嘗試啟動(dòng)該服務(wù)；

當(dāng)服務(wù)啟動(dòng)成功后，“服務(wù)狀態(tài)”會(huì)顯示為“已啟動(dòng)”，重新進(jìn)行添加或是使用打印機(jī)的其它操作。

如果復(fù)制還出錯(cuò)：

添加本地打印機(jī)：開(kāi)始》》設(shè)備和打印機(jī)》》添加打印機(jī)》》創(chuàng)建新端口》》下一步》》輸入test》》廠商選Microsoft，打印機(jī)選Microsoft XPS Document Writer
