對(duì)工業(yè)電平信號(hào)進(jìn)行采樣時(shí),必須提供快速高分辨率轉(zhuǎn)換 信息。通常,當(dāng)采樣速率達(dá)到500 kSPS時(shí),模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器(ADC) 的分辨率可為14位至18位。如圖所示電路是一款針對(duì)工業(yè) 電平信號(hào)采樣進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的單電源系統(tǒng),采用一個(gè)24位、 250 kSPS∑-△型ADC芯片AD7176-2。兩個(gè)差分通道或四個(gè)偽差分通道中的 每一個(gè)都能夠在采樣率為50kSPS時(shí)提供17.2位的無(wú)噪聲代 碼分辨率。
本電路利用內(nèi)置激光微調(diào)電阻的創(chuàng)新型差分放大器實(shí)現(xiàn)衰 減和電平轉(zhuǎn)換,利用低電源電壓的精密ADC可以解決獲取 ±5 V、±10 V和0 V至10 V的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工業(yè)電平信號(hào)并進(jìn)行數(shù)字 化處理的問(wèn)題。本電路可應(yīng)用于過(guò)程控制(PLC/DCS模 塊)、醫(yī)療以及科學(xué)多通道儀器和色譜儀。
