詳細(xì)說(shuō)明下，allegro軟件中，制作通孔焊盤的方法步驟：
對(duì)pcb設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)說(shuō)，通孔類的元件，一般都加thermal pad，也就是要添加花孔，怎樣來(lái)制作花孔，首先要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建一個(gè) flash symbol；
創(chuàng)建flash symbol 的方法步驟如下：
打開(kāi)pcb editor軟件，file---new，選擇 flash symbol，打開(kāi)創(chuàng)建界面，執(zhí)行菜單 add---flash，打開(kāi)therm pad sy...對(duì)話框，對(duì)熱風(fēng)焊盤的內(nèi)徑、外徑、開(kāi)口的尺寸進(jìn)行設(shè)置后，ok，完成flash symbol的創(chuàng)建。
接下來(lái)，就利用創(chuàng)建的flash symbol來(lái)創(chuàng)建通孔焊盤。
步驟如下：
打開(kāi)pad designer 對(duì)話框；
1.在parameter選項(xiàng)卡下，type下勾選：through；units：選擇所用的單位；drill/slot hole下：hole type 選擇：circle drill；plating：選擇plated；在drill/slot symbol下對(duì)鉆孔的符號(hào)進(jìn)行設(shè)置（這在今后出光繪時(shí)，能體現(xiàn)所設(shè)置的符號(hào)和標(biāo)號(hào)）
2.在layers選項(xiàng)卡下進(jìn)行的設(shè)置如下：
begin layer層設(shè)置
regular pad thermal relief anti pad
實(shí)際焊盤大小 比實(shí)際焊盤大0.2mm 比實(shí)際焊盤大0.2mm
default layer層設(shè)置（注意：內(nèi)層設(shè)置很重要）
實(shí)際焊盤大小 使用創(chuàng)建的flash 焊盤 比實(shí)際焊盤大0.2mm
end layer 層的設(shè)置同begin layer的各項(xiàng)設(shè)置一致。
solder mask top 比實(shí)際焊盤大0.2mm
solder mask bottom 比實(shí)際焊盤大0.2mm
pastemask top 同實(shí)際焊盤一樣大
pastemask bottom 同實(shí)際焊盤一樣大
完成以上設(shè)置，即可完成一個(gè)完整的通孔類焊盤的制作。
保存即可，供制作封裝調(diào)用。
